Everyday Math Resources
Everyday Math is the math program that is being implemented at the elementary level in the elementary schools in Emmett. Below are a few resources that will help explain the program as well as provide further resources.
- The Everyday Math website ( http://everydaymath.uchicago.edu/ ). This site provides information students, parents, teachers and administrators. Also provides extra practice and games for students and tips for parents and educators.
- About Everyday Mathematics: A Parent Manual (http://www.asdk12.org/Depts/math/math.pdf ) This is a great manual that explains the way math is done in the Everyday Math program. Please Note that this manual is aligned to Alaska's Standards not Idaho's Standards. However, it still provides good information for parents.
