To order an Emmett High School transcript:

Include the name you had when enrolled at EHS, the date you last attended EHS, the person/address you want to receive the transcript , and your signature.

You can FAX this information to #208-365-7802 or send it by mail or hand carried.

We need your signature in order to release your transcript. We charge $1.00 for transcripts mailed out but we will mail them as soon as the request comes in.
